Do you provide before and after photos?
Yes, on every property, at no extra charge. Timestamped photos before work starts, during the clear-out, and after completion, delivered with the invoice. If your field services platform requires a specific format or naming convention, we will follow it.
Can you quote from photos instead of a site visit?
Yes. Send interior and exterior photos and a rough square footage and we can return a written quote, usually the same business day. For larger or unclear scopes we will still recommend a walkthrough so there are no change orders later.
Do you handle refrigerators with spoiled food?
Yes. Failed refrigerators and freezers in long-vacant homes are routine for us. Our crews handle them sealed and disposed of properly. There is a small additional fee for refrigerant recovery, which is disclosed in the quote up front.

Yes. Exterior debris, curb piles, tires, yard waste, and the contents of sheds and detached garages are all part of a standard foreclosure cleanout. Derelict sheds themselves can be demolished and hauled for an additional line item.
Is the property left ready to list?
